Balti is a traditional Northrend dish. This originates form the north west frontier and northern Kashmir. These dishes are freshly cooked in Balti with butter, fresh tomatoes, green chillies and fresh coriander. Served mild, medium, hot.
A combination of some of the traditional spice mixed with special rice served with vegetable curry, usually medium hot (hot or mild on request). May contain nuts.
Diced pieces of onions, green peppers and toamtoes. Fairly hot, garnished with coriander.
Medium to slightly hot dish prepared using our own blend of herbs, spices & coriander.
Medium chilli.
